Logan Paul, known for his impressive performances in the WWE ring, showcased his skills once again at WrestleMania 39. However, he ultimately fell short in his match against Seth Rollins.
Both competitors made grand entrances to match the spectacle of WrestleMania. Paul took a zipline ride to the entrance ramp and was accompanied by someone dressed as a Prime sports drink bottle. Rollins, on the other hand, had an orchestra conductor leading the crowd in singing his theme song as he made his way to the ring in an outfit that left a lasting impression.
Predictably, Paul demonstrated that he was up to the challenge of competing against Rollins. He threw Rollins out of the ring, delivered a powerful buckshot lariat, and unleashed a series of punches to the body. Paul controlled the match for a considerable period, but made a critical mistake when he missed a moonsault, giving Rollins the opportunity to throw him over the top rope, reminiscent of how Paul eliminated Rollins in the Royal Rumble.
The momentum continued to shift between the two competitors, with near falls for both. Rollins was struck with a big right hand that had previously knocked him out multiple times leading up to WrestleMania. The match took an interesting turn when it was revealed that the person dressed as the Prime sports drink bottle was actually KSI, Paul’s business partner. KSI attempted to film Paul diving from the ring post onto Rollins at the announce table, but Rollins turned the tables and pulled KSI onto the table instead, taking the splash for himself.
Following this revelation and after exchanging a few more impactful moves, Rollins sealed the victory with a stomp, finally getting revenge on Paul after months of being overshadowed by the YouTuber-turned-boxer.
Once again, Paul proved that he can compete with some of the best talents in the business, further solidifying his impressive run in the WWE ring.
