2023 WWE SummerSlam predictions

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship — Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jey Uso (Tribal Combat)

The experts believe that Reigns will retain the title due to the “Tribal Combat” rules that favor him. They don’t expect Uso to win despite the long-standing feud between them.

Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar

Rhodes is expected to win this match, as he needs the victory more than Lesnar. A loss for Rhodes would send a negative message about his future in WWE.

World Heavyweight Championship — Seth Rollins (c) vs. Finn Balor

The predictions lean towards Rollins retaining his title, as Balor is not seen as a world champion at this stage in his career. Balor’s storyline is more focused on his jealousy towards Damian Priest and other champions.

WWE Women’s Championship — Asuka (c) vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Bianca Belair

Asuka is expected to retain her championship, as she is seen as the freshest of the three competitors. Flair’s momentum has dwindled, and Belair recently had a long reign as champion.

Ricochet vs. Logan Paul

The experts predict that Logan Paul will win this match, as Ricochet can afford to take a loss. Ricochet is known for his high-flying style but is not expected to become a major champion.

Intercontinental Championship — Gunther (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

Gunter is expected to retain his title, as McIntyre’s return will likely result in another hard-hitting match, but not necessarily a victory. Gunther is close to breaking the record for the longest reign with the intercontinental title.

Ronda Rousey vs. Shayna Baszler (MMA Rules)

Baszler is predicted to win this match, as Rousey’s storyline may lead to her departure from WWE. Establishing Baszler as a main event player could be a positive outcome for her character.

SummerSlam Battle Royal

The experts predict that LA Knight will win the Battle Royal, as he is currently one of the most popular acts on the roster and is in need of a significant win.
