The biggest spectacle in sports entertainment, WWE WrestleMania 39, will take place in Los Angeles. The event will feature a star-studded card with exciting storylines in professional wrestling.
The main event of WrestleMania 39 will be a highly anticipated match. Reigning champion Roman Reigns will defend his undisputed WWE universal championship against Cody Rhodes. This match has gained even more interest since The Usos lost their tag team titles to Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.
Rhodes earned his spot in the main event by winning the Royal Rumble. He now has the opportunity to fulfill his promise of “finishing the story” and winning the world title that his father, Dusty Rhodes, never achieved. Reigns, on the other hand, has held the universal championship since August 2020 and unified it with the WWE championship at last year’s WrestleMania.
Aside from the main event, there are five other matches scheduled for the second night of WrestleMania 39 in Hollywood. Bianca Belair, the Raw women’s champion, will defend her title against Asuka. Intercontinental champion GUNTHER will put his title and lengthy reign on the line in a triple threat match against Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. Edge and Finn Balor will also face off in a Hell in a Cell match to settle their rivalry.
