Tampa Bay Rays shortstop Wander Franco has failed to seem in response to a summons issued by authorities in his native Dominican Republic, ESPN’s Juan Arturo Recio reviews. The summons is expounded to an ongoing investigation by native authorities into Franco’s alleged inappropriate relationships with a sequence of minors, and the pinnacle of the investigative company confirmed to Recio that Franco didn’t reply by the appointed deadline.
